PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: PHILIPPIANS (4)
(Message by Tanny Keng)
1. Bible Prayers
a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.
b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.
2. Pray Bible Promises
a) Philippians 1:11 King James Version (KJV)
11 Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.
Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is good for us to be filled with the fruits of righteousness.
Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that the fruits of righteousness, are by Christ Jesus, and are to Your glory and praise.
Lord God, continually fill me with righteous fruits, which are by Your Son Jesus Christ, that are to Your praise and glory.
b) Philippians 1:18 King James Version (KJV)
18 What then? notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretence, or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice.
Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that it is not important to us what a person's motive for preaching Christ is, as long as the message of Christ is being preached.
Lord God, when the message of Christ is being preached, cause me to rejoice, without regarding the motive of the speaker.
