PHYSICAL NATURE OF HELL (2)

(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Hell

a) More people believe in heaven than believe in hell, but hell is a literal place. There can be no heaven without a hell. Jesus actually spoke more about hell than He did heaven and He described it as a real place.  He used vividly descriptive language when He spoke about it.  Hell was never intended for humans but was a place of eternal punishment prepared for the Devil and his followers, the demons (Matthew 25:41).  The Bible describes hell with words that simply cannot be imagined.

2. Physical Nature of Hell

Mark 9:47-48
”And if your eye causes you to stumble, cast it out; it is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes, to be cast into hell, where their worm does not die, and the fire is not quenched.”

Revelation 20:10
“And the devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are also; and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.”

Matthew 13:41-42
“The Son of Man will send forth His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all stumbling blocks, and those who commit lawlessness, and will cast them into the furnace of fire; in that place there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

The End ...
