YOUTH: TIMOTHY

1. Youth

a) Today’s youth are the leaders of tomorrow. The Bible has lots to say about youth. 

b) Take a look at some of the encouraging Bible verses about youth.

1 Timothy 4:12 
Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.

2. Timothy

a) Timothy was a young man whom Paul was training for the ministry.

1 Timothy 1:1-2 
Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by command of God our Savior and of Christ Jesus our hope, To Timothy, my true child in the faith:  Grace, mercy, and peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord.
