EIGHT THINGS GOD WOULD SAY NO!

(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. How does a FOUR 8 come about?

a) On Saturday (07/05/2016) @ 2.55 am, the Lord vividly showed me a Number 8. What is the Lord trying to say in respect of this number?

2. Representation

a) Date 07/05 = 0 + 7 + 0 + 5 = 12 = 8 + 4.

b) Time 2.55 am = 2 + 5 + 5 = 12 = 8 + 4.

c) Therefore, we have a triple 8 i.e. a DOUBLE 8 + another 8 (4 + 4).

d) We also have a Number 8 shown by the Lord.

e) Therefore, we have a total of FOUR 8 (8 + 8 + 8 + 8).

3. Number 4

a) The number 4 derives its meaning from creation. On the fourth day of what is called 'creation week' God completed the material universe. On this day he brought into existence our sun, the moon, and all the stars (Genesis 1:14-19). Their purpose was not only to give off light, but also to divide the day from the night on earth, thus becoming a basic demarcation of time. They were also made to be a type of signal that would mark off the days, years and seasons.

b) Interestingly, the Hebrew word for 'seasons' in Genesis 1:14 is moed (Strong's Concordance #H4150), which literally translated is "appointed times" (divine appointments) in reference to God's festivals.

4. Number 8

a) The number 8 in the Bible represents a new beginning, meaning a new order or creation.

5. What is God saying?

a) God as our Heavenly Father wants to give His children those things or circumstances that will be for their good and which will glorify Him (Matthew 7:11). At the appointed time, God is about to do something new (Isaiah 43:19); they are fresh every morning (Lamentations 3:23); and though your beginning will seem so small, but your future will flourish (Job 8:7). However, He may say NO to your requests if His purpose and His will are compromised.

b) Here are 8 things that God would say NO to your requests if you:

i) Regard iniquity in the heart.

Psalms 66:18
18 If I regard iniquity in my heart,
The Lord will not hear.

ii) Live in sin.

Isaiah 59:2
But your iniquities have separated you from your God;
And your sins have hidden His face from you,
So that He will not hear.

John 9:31
31 Now we know that God does not hear sinners; but if anyone is a worshiper of God and does His will, He hears him.

iii) Offer unworthy service to God.

Malachi 1:7-9
7 “You offer defiled food on My altar,
But say,
‘In what way have we defiled You?’
By saying,
‘The table of the Lord is contemptible.’
8 And when you offer the blind as a sacrifice,
Is it not evil?
And when you offer the lame and sick,
Is it not evil?
Offer it then to your governor!
Would he be pleased with you?
Would he accept you favorably?”
Says the Lord of hosts.

9 “But now entreat God’s favor,
That He may be gracious to us.
While this is being done by your hands,
Will He accept you favorably?”
Says the Lord of hosts.

iv) Are deaf to the cry of the poor.

Proverbs 21:13
13 Whoever shuts his ears to the cry of the poor
Will also cry himself and not be heard.

v) Are idolaters.

Jeremiah 11:11-14
11 Therefore thus says the Lord: “Behold, I will surely bring calamity on them which they will not be able to escape; and though they cry out to Me, I will not listen to them. 12 Then the cities of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem will go and cry out to the gods to whom they offer incense, but they will not save them at all in the time of their trouble. 13 For according to the number of your cities were your gods, O Judah; and according to the number of the streets of Jerusalem you have set up altars to that shameful thing, altars to burn incense to Baal.

14 “So do not pray for this people, or lift up a cry or prayer for them; for I will not hear them in the time that they cry out to Me because of their trouble.

Ezekiel 8:15-18
15 Then He said to me, “Have you seen this, O son of man? Turn again, you will see greater abominations than these.” 16 So He brought me into the inner court of the Lord’s house; and there, at the door of the temple of the Lord, between the porch and the altar, were about twenty-five men with their backs toward the temple of the Lord and their faces toward the east, and they were worshiping the sun toward the east.

17 And He said to me, “Have you seen this, O son of man? Is it a trivial thing to the house of Judah to commit the abominations which they commit here? For they have filled the land with violence; then they have returned to provoke Me to anger. Indeed they put the branch to their nose. 18 Therefore I also will act in fury. My eye will not spare nor will I have pity; and though they cry in My ears with a loud voice, I will not hear them.”

vi) Are hypocrites.

Job 27:8-9
8 For what is the hope of the hypocrite,
Though he may gain much,
If God takes away his life?
9 Will God hear his cry
When trouble comes upon him?

vii) Are proud.

Job 35:12-13
12 There they cry out, but He does not answer,
Because of the pride of evil men.
13 Surely God will not listen to empty talk,
Nor will the Almighty regard it.

viii) Are self-righteous.

Luke 18:11
11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, ‘God, I thank You that I am not like other men—extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this tax collector.

Luke 18:12
12 I fast twice a week; I give tithes of all that I possess.’

Luke 18:14

14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other; for everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.”

The End ...
