a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.
b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

a) Psalm 22:4 King James Version (KJV)
4 Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them.
Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that our fathers trusted in You.
Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that when our fathers trusted in You, You delivered them.
Lord God, cause me to trust in You.
Lord God, when my trust is in You, deliver me.
b) Psalm 22:5 King James Version (KJV)
5 They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.
Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that our fathers cried to You, and You delivered them.
Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that when our fathers trusted in You, they were not confounded.
Lord God, cause me to trust in You, cry to You, and to expect Your deliverance.
Lord God, cause me to be delivered.
