PLACES IN ACTS: TYRE

1. Places In Acts
a) We look at the places mentioned in Acts. Each place is located on a map and then we note the people and events associated with that place. Each place contains some information mentioned in the book of Acts.
2. Tyre
i) A major city in Phonecia along the southern coast of Syria.
ii) A rival seaport to Sidon to the north.
iii) Toward the end of his 3rd missionary journey, Paul stayed in Tyre for a few days with a warm welcome (Acts 21:3-7).
