From the patriarchs to the prophets, from the judges to the kings, from the apostles to the elders of the early Church, God has consistently entrusted individuals with responsibilities to guide, shepherd, teach, protect, and nurture His people. Yet the biblical concept of leadership differs fundamentally from the models commonly promoted by the world.
The world often associates leadership with authority, prestige, influence, position, power, and personal achievement. Scripture, however, consistently presents leadership as a sacred trust characterised by humility, faithful stewardship, sacrificial service, and unwavering obedience to God. The highest example of leadership is found not in worldly rulers but in Jesus Christ, who declared that He came "not to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many."
Sunshine Destiny Communications (SDC) embraces this biblical understanding of leadership. Every leader is called to imitate His humility, His compassion, His holiness, His courage, His obedience, His wisdom, and His sacrificial love.
Leadership that does not resemble Christ ultimately fails to fulfil its biblical purpose.

Leadership Through Example
The Apostle Paul instructed believers,
"Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ."
