PLACES IN ACTS: MITYLENE

1. Places In Acts

a) We look at the places mentioned in Acts. Each place is located on a map and then we note the people and events associated with that place. Each place contains some information mentioned in the book of Acts. 

2. Mitylene 

i) Pronounced Mitt'-uh-lean.

ii) South of Assos off the mainland.

iii) Mentioned in connection with Paul’s 3rd missionary journey.

iv) Paul sailed through Mitylene on his way between Troas and Miletus (Acts 20:13-17).
