1. Bible Topic

a) To learn what the Bible has to say on a variety of topics affecting our everyday lives, we may find what we are looking for here.

2. Where did I come from?

a) What does the Bible teach us about creation? God is the Creator. It's in the Bible, Genesis 1:1, NIV. "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth."

b) God reveals himself through creation. It's in the Bible. Psalm 19:1, NIV. "The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands."

c) Creation points to God's existence and our responsibility. It's in the Bible, Romans 1:20, NIV. "For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse."

d) God spoke the world into existence. It's in the Bible, Psalm 33:6,9, NIV. "By the word of the Lord were the heavens made, their starry host by the breath of his mouth. For he spoke, and it came to be; he commanded, and it stood firm."

e) Through whom did God create all things? It's in the Bible, Colossians 1:16, NIV. "For by him [the Son] all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him." John 1:3, NIV. "Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made."
