PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: DEUTERONOMY (1)

(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) Deuteronomy 1:17 King James Version (KJV)

17 Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgment is God's: and the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I will hear it.

Lord, help me be discerning and not forsake proper judgment, by giving liberty to some and forsaking justice and mercy for others. Give me remembrance at the proper time, that judgments too hard for me, can be left in Your hands.

b) Deuteronomy 6:4 King James Version (KJV)

Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord.

Lord, You are my God, and You are one LORD.

c) Deuteronomy 7:9-10 King James Version (KJV)

Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;

10 And repayeth them that hate him to their face, to destroy them: he will not be slack to him that hateth him, he will repay him to his face.

Lord, thank you for being faithful and keeping your covenant of love. Please help me keep Your commands and to love You.

The End ...
