PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: ZEPHANIAH

(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) Zephaniah 1:2 King James Version (KJV)

I will utterly consume all things from off the land, saith the Lord.

Lord, thank You for giving Your word to Zephaniah, in the days of Josiah the son of Amon, king of Judah.

b) Zephaniah 3:2 King James Version (KJV)

She obeyed not the voice; she received not correction; she trusted not in the Lord; she drew not near to her God.

Lord, create in me a heart for prayer, and a willingness to obey your voice. Make my heart open to receive your instruction. Let me trust in you, and draw near to you, even as you draw near to me.

c) Zephaniah 3:17 King James Version (KJV)

17 The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.

Lord, on that day, You are mighty and able to save me.  Rejoice over me and quiet me with Your love, and show joy over me with singing.

The End ...
