PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: JOB (3)

(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) Job 27:6 King James Version (KJV)

My righteousness I hold fast, and will not let it go: my heart shall not reproach me so long as I live.

Lord God, thank You for Job's example, that he vowed to hold fast to his righteousness, so his heart would not reproach him as long as he lived.

Lord God, cause me to follow Job's example, to hold fast to righteousness and not let it go, so my heart will not reproach me as long as I live.

b) Job 28:28 King James Version (KJV)

28 And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.

Lord God, thank You for Job's advice, that the fear of You is wisdom, and to depart from evil is understanding.

Lord God, cause me to follow Job's advice, to be wise and fear You, and to have understanding and depart from evil.

c) Job 31:1King James Version (KJV)

31 I made a covenant with mine eyes; why then should I think upon a maid?

Lord God, thank You for Job's example, that he made a covenant with his eyes, that he would not think upon his maid.

Lord God, cause me to follow Job's example, to not look on someone to lust after them.

The End ...
