1.  Intercession 

a) A Priest is one who intercedes for a person, a family, a city, or a nation, before God.  

b) All Disciples of Jesus are called to be royal priest.

(Matthew 16:19 NKJV)

And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

(1 Timothy 2:1-4 NKJV)
Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

(Revelation 1:5-6 NKJV) 

and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, {6} and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

And they sang a new song, saying: “You are worthy to take the scroll, And to open its seals; For You were slain, And have redeemed us to God by Your blood Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, {10} And have made us kings and priests to our God; And we shall reign on the earth.”

(Revelation 20:6 NKJV) 
Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.
