(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) Psalm 23:4 King James Version (KJV)

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to be with us, while we walk through the valley of the shadow of death.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that we do not have to fear evil, when You are with us.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that your rod, and Your staff can comfort us.

Lord God, when I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, be with me.

Lord God, when I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, cause me to not fear evil.

Lord God, when I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, cause Your rod and Your staff to comfort me.

b) Psalm 23:5 King James Version (KJV)

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to prepare a table before us in the presence of our enemies.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to anoint our heads with oil.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to make our cup run over.

Lord God, prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.

Lord God, anoint my head with oil.

Lord God, cause my cup to run over.

The End ...
