0. Introduction
a) The Number 4 represents creation, which marks God’s creative works. It is the signature of the world. The material creation was finished on the 4th day — with the sun, moon and stars ordained for 4 things: Signs, Seasons, Days and Years. It is interesting to note what other mention(s) for 4 can be found in the Bible.
1. What are the 4 times God's word mentions RAINBOWS?
a) The rainbow, which has special reference to the earth and its judgment, is mentioned four times: twice in the Old Testament (Genesis 9 and Ezekiel 1:28) and twice in the New Testament (Revelation 4:3, 10:1).
b) The fullness of material blessing in the earth is described in Isaiah 60:17: -

- For wood I will bring brass.
- For stones I will bring iron.

- In Chapter 1 we have the four horns or Gentile powers, and the four carpenters to fray them.
- In chapter 4 we have the four chariots with horses of four colors, signifying the spirits of the heavens acting for God in the midst of the four Gentile powers.
