a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.
b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

a) Lamentations 3:40 King James Version (KJV)
40 Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the Lord.
Lord, cause me to examine my ways, and turn towards You.
b) Lamentations 3:41 King James Version (KJV)
41 Let us lift up our heart with our hands unto God in the heavens.
Lord, cause me to lift up my hands to You, in the heavens.
c) Lamentations 3:42 King James Version (KJV)
42 We have transgressed and have rebelled: thou hast not pardoned.
Lord, my sin has come before You, and You have not forgotten it.
