PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: 1 THESSALONIANS (2)

1. Bible Prayers
a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.
b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

a) 1 Thessalonians 1:5 King James Version (KJV)
5 For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.
Lord, thank You for the faithful witness of Your people who take Your gospel into the world, in power, and in the Holy Ghost.
b) 1 Thessalonians 1:6 King James Version (KJV)
6 And ye became followers of us, and of the Lord, having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Ghost.
Lord, thank You for Your gospel, which even through persecution, I have received with joy from the Holy Spirit. Cause me to become like minded with, and an imitator of other true believers righteous acts.
c) 1 Thessalonians 2:11-12 King James Version (KJV)
11 As ye know how we exhorted and comforted and charged every one of you, as a father doth his children,
12 That ye would walk worthy of God, who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory.
Lord, thank You for sending fatherly figures into my life, encouraging, comforting, and charging me to live a life worthy of You, for You have called me into Your kingdom and glory.
