PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: 2 THESSALONIANS (1)

(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) 2 Thessalonians 1:6 King James Version (KJV)

Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;

Lord, thank you for Your truth, that it is a righteous thing for You to repay affliction to those who endure affliction for Your sake.

b) 2 Thessalonians 1:10 King James Version (KJV)

10 When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, he is coming to be glorified in his saints.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, he is coming to be admired in all them that believe.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, he will be glorified, and marveled at, by those who believed the testimony that was spoken of him

Lord God, cause me to believe when true testimony is spoken of Christ, so when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, I may glorify him, and marvel at him.

c) 2 Thessalonians 1:11 King James Version (KJV)

11 Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power

Lord, thank You for having others constantly pray for me. Please answer their prayers and count me worthy of your calling. By Your power, fulfill all the good pleasure of Your goodness, and fortify the work of faith with power.

The End ...
