PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: 1 THESSALONIANS (1)

(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) 1 Thessalonians 1:1 King James Version (KJV)

Paul, and Silvanus, and Timotheus, unto the church of the Thessalonians which is in God the Father and in the Lord Jesus Christ: Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Lord God my Father, and my Lord Jesus, thank You for extending grace and peace to myself, and to Your church.

b) 1 Thessalonians 1:2 King James Version (KJV)

We give thanks to God always for you all, making mention of you in our prayers;

Lord, thank You for the people You have placed in my life, who give thanks to You for myself, and for Your other believers, and who make mention of us in their prayers.

c) 1 Thessalonians 1:3-4 King James Version (KJV)

Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father;

Knowing, brethren beloved, your election of God.

Lord God, as You have elected me, cause me to have works produced by faith, labor prompted by love, and endurance inspired by hope, in my Lord Jesus Christ.

The End ...
