PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: 2 CORINTHIANS (1)
(Message by Tanny Keng)
1. Bible Prayers
a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.
b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.
2. Pray Bible Promises
a) 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 King James Version (KJV)
3 Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;
4 Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.
Lord God, bring into my life people you have comforted during their tribulations, and after I have been comforted, help me be able to comfort others.
b) 2 Corinthians 1:10 King James Version (KJV)
10 Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us.
Lord, You are faithful, and I trust You to deliver me from eternal death.
c) 2 Corinthians 2:14 King James Version (KJV)
14 Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savor of his knowledge by us in every place.
Lord God, thank You for Jesus Christ triumphant victory, being manifested through those of us who know him, like a sweet fragrance, in every place we may be.
