a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.
b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

a) Lamentations 3:26 King James Version (KJV)
26 It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the Lord.
Lord, give me hope, and help me wait quietly for Your salvation.
b) Lamentations 3:31 King James Version (KJV)
31 For the Lord will not cast off for ever:
Lord, I know You will not cast me off forever.
c) Lamentations 3:32 King James Version (KJV)
32 But though he cause grief, yet will he have compassion according to the multitude of his mercies.
Lord, because of my grief, have compassion according to the multitudes of Your mercies.
