PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: 1 CORINTHIANS (1)

(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Bible Prayers

a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.

b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

2. Pray Bible Promises

a) 1 Corinthians 1:2 King James Version (KJV)

Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both their's and our's.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that Your church consists of those who are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, and who call on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that the Lord Jesus Christ is Lord of us all.

Lord God, cause Jesus Christ to be my Lord.

Lord God, sanctify me in Christ Jesus.

Lord God, call me to be a saint.

b) 1 Corinthians 1:4 King James Version (KJV)

I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ;

Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that the writer of this book thanked You on behalf of those who received Your grace, that Your grace had been given to them by Christ Jesus.

Lord God, I thank You on behalf of others, for Your grace that was given to them by Christ Jesus.

Lord God, I thank You for Your grace given to me by Your Son, Jesus Christ.
