a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.
b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.

a) Lamentations 5:1 King James Version (KJV)
Lord, take notice of what Your chastening has done to me.
b) Lamentations 5:19 King James Version (KJV)
19 Thou, O Lord, remainest for ever; thy throne from generation to generation.
Lord, You remain eternally, and Your throne is from generation to generation.
c) Lamentations 5:20 King James Version (KJV)
20 Wherefore dost thou forget us for ever, and forsake us so long time?
Lord, have You forgotten me for ever, and will You forsake me for such a long time?
d) Lamentations 5:21 King James Version (KJV)
21 Turn thou us unto thee, O Lord, and we shall be turned; renew our days as of old.
Lord, turn me to You, and renew me, as in the days of old.
