PRAY BIBLE PROMISES: PSALMS (13)
(Message by Tanny Keng)
1. Bible Prayers
a) There is no best prayer known other than to pray accordingly to His Word. This is one sure way of experiencing what His Word says in our lives as we identify and agree with what He has said in His Word.
b) There are more than 7,200 prayers in the Bible. Below are some examples that you may want to use by yourself, in a group, or be creative and pass along ways others may be able to use it.
2. Pray Bible Promises
a) Psalm 4:2 King James Version (KJV)
2 O ye sons of men, how long will ye turn my glory into shame? how long will ye love vanity, and seek after leasing? Selah.
Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that men have turned Your glory into shame.
Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that men have loved worthless things.
Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that men have pursued lies.
Lord God, keep me from turning Your glory into shame, from loving worthless things, and from being one who deceives.
b) Psalm 4:3 King James Version (KJV)
3 But know that the Lord hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the Lord will hear when I call unto him.
Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You have set the godly apart for Yourself.
Lord God, thank You for Your truth, that You are able to hear when we call to You.
Lord God, cause me to be godly, set me aside for Yourself, and hear me when I call to You.
