Singing Into the Mystery
An Expression of Love to Jesus Christ Our Lord
“I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.”
— 1 Corinthians 14:15
Singing into the mystery is an expression of our love for the One who is beyond all human understanding—Jesus Christ our Lord.
Our song is first and foremost a song of love, worship, adoration and surrender to Jesus. We do not sing merely because of what He has done for us; we sing because He is worthy. He is our Lord, our Saviour, our King and our God.
Jesus Christ possesses all power and authority in heaven and on earth, and all creation ultimately stands under His authority. He is exalted above every name, every power and every principality.
“All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.”
— Matthew 28:18
Our singing becomes an offering of the heart—a love song directed to the only One who is worthy of our highest praise.

The Mystery Is Christ
The greatest mystery is not merely an unknown spiritual experience. The mystery points us to Christ Himself.
Christ is the One in whom God’s purposes are revealed. Therefore, when we sing, we are not simply singing into the unknown—we are singing toward the One who has revealed Himself to us.
Our song says:
Jesus, You are worthy.
Jesus, You are Lord.
Jesus, You are King.
Jesus, You are Almighty.
Jesus, You possess all authority.
Jesus, You alone deserve our worship.
Therefore, let our singing become more than music. Let it become a love offering from the heart to Jesus Christ our Lord.
Praise be to our God and Lord Jesus Christ.
Amen!
