THE PHILOSOPHY OF THE GREAT COMMISSION AND GLOBAL KINGDOM IMPACT
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." — Matthew 28:19–20
Introduction
The Great Commission is the supreme missionary mandate of the Church. It is not one ministry among many, nor is it an optional programme reserved for missionaries or Christian organisations. It is the final command of the risen Lord Jesus Christ to His Church and remains the defining mission of every believer until His return.
The Church exists because of the Gospel, and the Church continues because of the Great Commission. Every ministry, every act of worship, every theological institution, every Christian publication, every act of discipleship, and every expression of Christian service ultimately finds its purpose in advancing the Kingdom of God by making disciples of Jesus Christ among all peoples.
