BUSINESS PRAYER STATION

1. Purpose

a) Below is a guide you can use to initiate a prayer station for your own business. It is important that you and your family or business associates get together to pray. Just before you do that (or have already done) you may want to initiate it for the first time to start off for your business prayer station.

b) It is also intended to see what God can do for you when you have a prayer station for your own business.

2. Introduction

a) We appreciate your willingness to initiate a prayer station in your office (or home). We also want to initiate a prophetic act according to Scripture, God's richest blessings upon your business.

b) God is not chasing after your money, property or wealth. In actual fact, he owns the whole world and everything in this world belongs to him. He wants to bless you not because you are a good person and deserve his blessings. But rather, he loves you and keeps his promise to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

i) 7The Lord did not set his affection on you and choose you because you were more numerous than other peoples, for you were the fewest of all peoples. 8But it was because the Lord loved you and kept the oath he swore to your ancestors that he brought you out with a mighty hand and redeemed you from the land of slavery, from the power of Pharaoh king of Egypt. (Deuteronomy 7:7, 8 NIV)

c) We do not receive because we do not ask or declare prophetically according to Scripture. This may be due to our ignorance or having wrong perspective about God himself and thus, we deprive ourselves of his richest blessings.

e) The question is: "Is it really wrong to ask when someone really wants to give out from his own heart the things he has prepared for us?" The answer is definitely "No". Then we should ask God for his blessings after this prophetic act. This blessing anointing upon you this day accords God's richest blessings according to his word.

3. Why did Jesus come?

@1. 19 For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” (Luke 19:10 NIV)

a) Jesus came primarily to seek and save the lost.

b) Who are the lost?

i) Those who do not know the way to our Heavenly Father,

ii) Those who lost their jobs,

iii) Those whose business is almost winding up,

iv) Those whose heavens above are unyielding as bronze, and the earth beneath as iron,

v) Those who sow much but reap little,

vi) Those who are sickly most of the time, etc...

c) Why?

i) Because we all have sinned and our sin separates us from God. Therefore, we need to repent and come back to God, our Heavenly Father and start to build a living prayer station for our needs in the family, business and job in the marketplace.

4. Initiating a Business Prayer Station

@1. 24 "Build for me an altar made of earth, and offer your sacrifices to me — your burnt offerings and peace offerings, your sheep and goats, and your cattle. Build my altar (a living prayer station) wherever I cause my name to be remembered, and I will come to you and bless you. (Exodus 20:24 NLT)

a) Setting up a living prayer station in your office (or home) is like building an altar unto the Lord, a highway to our to Heavenly Father, who loves to give good gifts to his children. You can be rest assured that by doing this, you can expect to receive his richest blessings on earth.

@1. 7 “Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? 8 Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? 9 If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him! (Matthew 7:9-11 NIV)

@2. 11 “Which of you fathers, if your son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead? 12 Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? 13 If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!” (Luke 11:11-13 NIV)

b) So, start building and exercising what the Scripture has said. The only way to get guaranteed answer to your prayer is to declare what God has said and what he has said, he cannot retract it but he has to grant to the your declared requests according to his given word. This is the key!

c) The only reason for initiating this act is to birth (activate) a living prayer station for your business.

d) The living prayer station is not tied to a particular place (office or home) but rather towards the gathering of God's people to declare and agree with God for the fulfillment of his written word for family especially in the marketplace.

e) You can have it anytime and anywhere when you get together as a family. The living prayer station requires a minimum of 2 or 3 to gather in Jesus' Name for the intended purpose.

@1. 18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind (forbid) on earth shall be bound (forbidden) in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose (permit) on earth shall be loosed (permitted) in heaven. 19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. 20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. (Matthew 18:18-20 KJV)

f) The purpose for this number 2 or 3 is intended for agreement in prayer touching any thing on earth that you shall ask, it shall be done for you of the Heavenly Father. That's powerful in agreement as a promise.

g) For a family, husband and wife are already qualified. For single, he or she needs to find another partner of like mindedness to meet the requirement.

h) We want to see his marvelous unseen hand at work in your circumstances or situations in life. That is reason why we want you to experience the breakthrough miracles!

i) So, you ought to: Declare! Declare! Declare! Declare! Declare! That's in Job 22:28.

@1. 28 Thou shalt also decree (declare) a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways. (Job 22:28 KJV)

j) God is saying that when you declare a thing on earth, you will succeed in whatever you choose to do, and the light will shine on the road ahead of you. You will know what to do as the direction is clear for you to reach to your destiny.

k) To ensure that the prayer station is alive, you and family (or business associates) need to meet at least once a month or better still once a week.

5. Special Blessing for Family

13 May the Lord bless your land
with the precious dew from heaven above
and with the deep waters that lie below;
14 with the best the sun brings forth
and the finest the moon can yield;
15 with the choicest gifts of the ancient mountains
and the fruitfulness of the everlasting hills;
16 with the best gifts of the earth and its fullness
and the favor of God who dwelt in the burning bush.
Let all these rest on the head of the family,
on the brow of the prince (or princess)among your brothers (or sisters).
(Deuteronomy 33:13-16 NIV)

6. Declaration of God's Richest Blessings according to the Bible

1) Book of Exodus

a) 25 Worship the Lord your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you, 26 and none will miscarry or be barren in your land. I will give you a full life span. (Exodus 23:25-26 NIV)

2) Book of Leviticus

a) 4 I will send you rain in its season, and the ground will yield its crops and the trees their fruit. 5 Your threshing will continue until grape harvest and the grape harvest will continue until planting, and you will eat all the food you want and live in safety in your land. (Leviticus 26:4-5 NIV)

b) 9 "'I will look on you with favor and make you fruitful and increase your numbers, and I will keep my covenant with you. 10 You will still be eating last year's harvest when you will have to move it out to make room for the new. (Leviticus 26:9-10 NIV)

c) 20 You may ask, "What will we eat in the seventh year if we do not plant or harvest our crops?" 21 I will send you such a blessing in the sixth year that the land will yield enough for three years. 22 While you plant during the eighth year, you will eat from the old crop and will continue to eat from it until the harvest of the ninth year comes in. (Leviticus 25:20-22 NIV)

3) Book of Deuteronomy

a) 10 When the Lord your God brings you into the land he swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, to give you—a land with large, flourishing cities you did not build, 11 houses filled with all kinds of good things you did not provide, wells you did not dig, and vineyards and olive groves you did not plant—then when you eat and are satisfied, 12 be careful that you do not forget the Lord , who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. (Deuteronomy 6:10-12 NIV)

b) 13 He will love you and bless you and increase your numbers. He will bless the fruit of your womb, the crops of your land—your grain, new wine and olive oil—the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks in the land he swore to your ancestors to give you. 14 You will be blessed more than any other people; none of your men or women will be childless, nor will any of your livestock be without young. 15 The Lord will keep you free from every disease. He will not inflict on you the horrible diseases you knew in Egypt, but he will inflict them on all who hate you. (Deuteronomy 7:13-15 NIV)

c) 6 Observe the commands of the Lord your God, walking in obedience to him and revering him. 7 For the Lord your God is bringing you into a good land — a land with brooks, streams, and deep springs gushing out into the valleys and hills; 8 a land with wheat and barley, vines and fig trees, pomegranates, olive oil and honey; 9 a land where bread will not be scarce and you will lack nothing; a land where the rocks are iron and you can dig copper out of the hills. (Deuteronomy 8:6-9 NIV)

d) 12 Otherwise, when you eat and are satisfied, when you build fine houses and settle down, 13 and when your herds and flocks grow large and your silver and gold increase and all you have is multiplied, 14 then your heart will become proud and you will forget the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. (Deuteronomy 8:12-14 NIV)

e) 10 The land you are entering to take over is not like the land of Egypt, from which you have come, where you planted your seed and irrigated it by foot as in a vegetable garden. 11 But the land you are crossing the Jordan to take possession of is a land of mountains and valleys that drinks rain from heaven. 12 It is a land the Lord your God cares for; the eyes of the Lord your God are continually on it from the beginning of the year to its end. 13 So if you faithfully obey the commands I am giving you today — to love the Lord your God and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul — 14 then I will send rain on your land in its season, both autumn and spring rains, so that you may gather in your grain, new wine and olive oil. 15 I will provide grass in the fields for your cattle, and you will eat and be satisfied. (Deuteronomy 11:10-15 NIV)

f) 18 And the Lord has declared this day that you are his people, his treasured possession as he promised, and that you are to keep all his commands. 19 He has declared that he will set you in praise, fame and honor high above all the nations he has made and that you will be a people holy to the Lord your God, as he promised. (Deuteronomy 26:18-19 NIV)

g) 1 If you fully obey the Lord your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations on earth. 2 All these blessings will come on you and accompany you if you obey the Lord your God: 3 You will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country. 4 The fruit of your womb will be blessed, and the crops of your land and the young of your livestock—the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks. 5 Your basket and your kneading trough will be blessed. 6 You will be blessed when you come in and blessed when you go out. 7 The Lord will grant that the enemies who rise up against you will be defeated before you. They will come at you from one direction but flee from you in seven. 8 The Lord will send a blessing on your barns and on everything you put your hand to. The Lord your God will bless you in the land he is giving you. 9 The Lord will establish you as his holy people, as he promised you on oath, if you keep the commands of the Lord your God and walk in obedience to him. 10 Then all the peoples on earth will see that you are called by the name of the Lord, and they will fear you. 11 The Lord will grant you abundant prosperity—in the fruit of your womb, the young of your livestock and the crops of your ground—in the land he swore to your ancestors to give you. 12 The Lord will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands. You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none. 13 The Lord will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the Lord your God that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom. 14 Do not turn aside from any of the commands I give you today, to the right or to the left, following other gods and serving them. (Deuteronomy 28:1-14 NIV)

7. Prayer focus

a) Pray for God's richest blessings upon your business according to his word.

b) Pray for your specific business needs.

i) Jabez's prayer

#1) 9 Jabez was more honorable than his brothers, and his mother named him Jabez saying, "Because I bore him with pain." 10 Now Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, "Oh that You would bless me indeed and enlarge my border, and that Your hand might be with me, and that You would keep me from harm that it may not pain me!" And God granted him what he requested. (1 Chronicles 4:9-10 NASB)

c) Pray for the birthing of your business prayer station.

i) The Cloud on the Tabernacle

@1. 15 Now on the day that the tabernacle was erected the cloud covered the tabernacle, the tent of the testimony, and in the evening it was like the appearance of fire over the tabernacle, until morning.  16 So it was continuously; the cloud would cover it by day, and the appearance of fire by night. (Numbers 9:15-16 NASB)

ii) Prayer

"Lord, on the day the Tabernacle was raised (erected) your Cloud covered it; and that evening your Cloud changed to the appearance of fire, and stayed that way throughout the night. Lord, it was always so - the daytime Cloud changing to the appearance of fire at night.

So, we ask you this day to put the wall of protection around the birthing of our business prayer station so that we may know that you are always there for us. In Jesus' name. Amen."
