1. Hear and obey God's voice
a) Jesus says “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.” Recognizing God’s voice and obeying Him is critical for a good relationship with God. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.

(Psalms 119:105)
Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path.
(Proverbs 1:23)
Turn at my rebuke; Surely I will pour out my spirit on you; I will make my words known to you.
(Proverbs 1:32-33)
For the turning away of the simple will slay them, And the complacency of fools will destroy them; {33} But whoever listens to me will dwell safely, And will be secure, without fear of evil.”
