THREE STAGES OF SPIRITUAL MATURITY IN CHRIST: SALVATION
(Message by Tanny Keng)

1. Salvation
a) Our Christian life begins with our salvation and is the beginning of our “calling” by God.
b) Jesus says in...
(John 6:44)
“No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day.
c) Our salvation experience is also the beginning of our faith in God.
(Hebrews 11:6 NKJV)
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
c) We are saved by personally accepting that the blood that Jesus shed on the cross was for our sins.
(Romans 5:8-9 NKJV)
But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. {9} Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.
