(Psalms 100:5 NIV)
The LORD is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.
(1 John 14:16 NKJV)
God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.

“Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends. {14} “You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. {35} Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
